My name is Alex, and I’m the creator of this website. Finalizing this page on a Friday afternoon from my kitchen here in Tunisia, I can tell you that this project is a true labor of love.
My journey with the Hairy Bikers started years ago with their simple but perfect Sausage Casserole recipe. That one meal, full of so much flavour and comfort, got me hooked. I quickly realised their recipes weren’t just about food; they were about joy, friendship, and hearty, honest cooking that brings people together.
